A deposit of $25.00 is required to hold a reservation which will only be held for 5 days. If the deposit has not been received after 5 days of making the reservation, it will no longer be honored. Also, the entire amount/rental fee must be paid in full at least 2 months before the race. If not, the reservation will be voided. Reservations of less than 30 days may be moved to accommodate longer reservations. In addition, the campsite does not issue refunds due to poor weather conditions or early departures. However; on an individual basis, a Roll-over for the next Race may be allowed. In addition to all correspondence, please send all deposits and payments payable to:
